How to Organize the Perfect New Year’s Block Party

Ushering out the old year and welcoming in the new is the perfect reason to celebrate.  If you don’t want to spend your New Year’s Eve in a bar or nightclub and want to enjoy family-friendly fun instead, organizing a block party is a great way to celebrate with your nearest and dearest in a safe, laid back and inexpensive way.
