Spring Training Fun in South Florida

Spring training is a series of practices and exhibition games preceding the start of the regular season. This important training period allows new players to try out for roster and position spots and gives established players practice time prior to competitive play. The pumpkin has a rich history of how it rose from being slave’s food to the great American Icon for the Fall Season.
